All recipes are designed to give you all the nutrients you need, fight inflammation and revitalize you!
The ingredients
Our dishes are prepared with seasonal ingredients. Priority is given to organic products and short circuits. No additives or preservatives are added in my kitchen!
Respect for the planet
Whenever possible, I try not to use disposable containers. Most containers are made of glass. There are no deposits, but I will contact you afterwards to collect the containers if possible.
